Learn the fundamentals of yoga through vinyasa flow. Each week students will learn foundational pranayama, asanas, sequences, and mantras. Students will progress through postures and sequences designed to help improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Opening and closing savasanas and seated meditations will guide students into inward reflection and concentration.
Suitable for those new to yoga; returning to yoga after a break, or those simply looking for a movement practice to complement other training.
