With restrictions due to remain in place for some time, we have taken on board the feedback from members of our previous lockdown programmes to put together our most comprehensive membership offer yet. Wellness On-Demand provides you with the flexibility, control and support to ensure the continued closure of gyms doesn’t hinder your progress.

The Wellness On-Demand platform is home to a library of workout videos that is accessible for everyone, from beginners to regular gym goers. Whether you want to get back into the routine of working, lose weight or improve your sporting performance, we’ve got you covered!

Workouts can be tailored based on your activity level, workout duration or what category of workout you would like to complete. So if you’re looking for a quick blast, you can jump into our 10 or 20 minute sessions. For days when you have more time, we’ve got our full 30-45 minute sessions.

What Happens Next?

What's Included?

Comprehensive Home Workout Library

The Wellness On-Demand Video library contains over 50+ workouts helping you to achieve your goals, whether that is to lose weight, increase strength or improve your sporting performance. Workout categories include HIIT, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core and much more! This video library will be uploaded weekly with more sessions across all fitness categories.

Yoga

We’re delighted to team up with Becky Power of Yogi Power (@yogi_power) to delivery weekly Yoga sessions that are available On-Demand! These sessions are suitable for both newbies and people experienced in practicing yoga and will help you improve your flexibility, core strength and allow you to de-stress at the end of the week!

Nutritional
Guidance

As with our previous lockdown programmes, we will be on-hand to provide you with the nutritional advice you need to help you achieve your goals. One of the most popular aspects of our previous programmes, access to the Shape My Plan app, will be included once more. Members will also have the option to book in for a free nutrition consultation with Coach Ronan.

We have created workouts that vary in duration, from 10 minute HIIT sessions to longer 20, 30 and 45 minute sessions! So if you’re caught for time or ready for a full workout, we’ve got you covered. The Setanta Wellness coaching team will be available throughout your membership, providing you with guidance and assistance on any aspect of the programme.
