This is a dynamic flowing class. Each week we’ll build on the week before, progressing through postures and sequences designed to help improve mobility, strength, flexibility and balance.
Combined with supportive breath, and ending with more easeful + restorative poses, students will enjoy a holistic practice designed to benefit body + mind!!
Suitable for those new to yoga; returning to yoga after a break, or those simply looking for a movement practice to complement other training.
